1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using meav ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is offered to users at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction.
2. The Service
meav provides automation, moderation, and engagement tooling for Discord servers and Twitch channels. The two products are independently usable — connecting one does not require the other.
3. Accounts & Authentication
You sign in via Discord OAuth or Twitch OAuth. We do not store passwords. You are responsible for the security of your linked accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use meav to harass, deceive, distribute malware, or violate Discord's or Twitch's platform terms. We may suspend access for violations.
5. Privacy & Data
We store your linked-account identifiers, OAuth tokens, and per-user configuration. We do not sell user data. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
7. Third-Party Platforms
meav is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or Twitch Interactive. Their platform terms govern your accounts there.
8. Availability & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or dashboard banner.
